Medical/Health Savings Accounts
Colleagues have a choice between three national medical plans offered through Anthem/BlueCross BlueShield of GA. The Precyse Advantage and Choice Plans offer a Precyse HSA Employer contribution, and provide the option for colleagues to also make individual contributions to the Health Savings Account. The Precyse Premium plan offers traditional copays for office and specialist visits. Prescription coverage is included in all plans.
Colleagues can elect coverage offered through a Vision Service Plan. Members are covered in full in-network (after applicable copays) for comprehensive exams, lenses, contact lenses, frames and lens option. VSP also provides access to discounted laser correction providers.
Colleagues can choose between two plan options offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA. Both plans offer 100% preventative care, as well as coverage for filings, crowns, implants and oral surgery. BCBSGA offers a nationwide network of participating dentists.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Colleagues not participating in a Health Savings Account (HSA) may elect to defer tax free dollars into a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). You may contribute up to $2,550 dollars pre-tax via payroll deduction for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses up to$5,000 dollars pre-tax may be contributed via payroll deduction for out-of-pocket dependent care expenses.
Basic Life coverage is provided by CIGNA to all colleagues working 30 hours or more at no cost. Colleagues can also elect additional voluntary life insurance coverage for themselves, spouses and children. Colleagues have guaranteed acceptance during their initial eligibility period.
Voluntary Short and Long Term Disability
Short Term Disability underwritten by CIGNA provides income protection coverage up to a maximum of 13 weeks after a 7-day elimination period. This coverage is available to both FT and PT colleagues.
Long Term Disability through CIGNA provides long-term income protection after a 90-day elimination period. Benefits continue up to the earlier of age 65 or the end of the disability.
Colleagues can elect coverage through ARAG Legal Services at a low biweekly rate. Services include phone calls and consultations with ARAG lawyers for assistance with will preparation, taxes, debt collection assistance, contract review and legal questions.
The Precyse 401(k) Plan through Fidelity makes saving for retirement easy and painless. Precyse includes an auto-enrollment feature, which can be changed at any time. Precyse includes a discretionary match, and loans are available as well as many other special Plan features once enrolled.
Paid time off accrues bi-weekly.
Six Company Paid Holidays
Full-time and part-time colleagues are eligible for paid holidays upon hire. Precyse observes six holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA's Healthy Lifestyles Online Program offers you and your adult family members incentives for achieving well-being milestones. And through the Precyse Live the Spark Program, colleagues can participate in various wellness activities and challenges while earning gift card vouchers!
Celebrate the Spark
Celebrate the Spark is our web based recognition program to spark recognition among our talented colleagues. Recognition can be sent directly to the recipient through various awards, some of which have monetary value. Our "Raves and Recognition" wall houses colleagues recognizing each other for birthdays, anniversaries and accomplishments. P2V2 at its best!
Annual Spark Award: All non-management colleagues are eligible to be nominated throughout the year. This award is given to colleagues who incorporate P2V2 in their daily work and interactions.
Annual Spark Leadership Award: All management level colleagues are eligible to be nominated by their peers. This award is given for exemplary leadership and the incorporation of P2V2 in their daily work and interactions.
Sparking Connections: Colleague referral recognition program through Talent Acquisition recognized through the Celebrate the Spark website. Our colleague referral program includes a monetary reward for all successful referrals and a tiered recognition program based upon the number of successful referrals with the highest recognition being dinner with our CEO!
Annual Association Recognition: Annual Association weeks recognized through various incentives.
Precysecares is our philanthropic arm. We are committed to giving back to our community and each year we select two charitable organizations to support. Our support includes many ways for our colleagues to give back, if they choose, whether donating their time or raising funds. Precyse offers different corporate matching initiatives throughout the year. We have sent campers to MDA camp, helped animal shelters, stocked food shelters across the country, purchased needed supplies for the Red Cross, provided funding for teachers to buy classroom supplies, and helped our own colleagues through natural disasters.
